Our Leadership Circles
facilitate rapid leadership learning by bringing the workplace into a classroom setting. We work with 6 - 8 leaders from your organization, typically for 6 face-to-face or online sessions. The focus is on a business challenge that has either been defined by the organization's senior leadership or by the participants themselves.
Learning is driven through peer discussions that are facilitated by an experienced leadership coach.

An industry leader had to speed up their digital transformation process and build a group of young "digital leaders". We designed an international program with global digitization projects, agile methods and leadership skills to achieve this.

In order to regain the trust of customers and dealers after the diesel crisis, an integrated, cross-functional approach was required. We designed and moderated a 3-day workshop, in which 40 managers were able to work out an action plan together to build a strong consensus and "can-motivation".

A credit bank lost market share and lagged behind the pace of fintech developments. We designed and supported an agile transformation process that helped the bank become more customer-centric, faster and more innovative.

One of the world's largest patent offices wanted to introduce a new, ISO9000 compatible quality management process. We helped design the QM process as well as tools for operationalizing it. We also supported implementation process with messaging and staff training and coaching.

Losing market share to low-cost producers, this Hidden Champion decided to restructure with the goal of becoming more market driven. We designed and facilitated a 3-day workshop in which 30 key employees agreed on and designed the future organization.
